The New York Giants head west for their first road game of the season on Monday night, where the Los Angeles Rams will be waiting at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.
New York enters Week 2 with some momentum after opening the NFL season with a 28-20 primetime win over the Dallas Cowboys in John Harbaugh’s debut as head coach.
Jaxson Dart looked comfortable from the jump, completing 23 of 29 passes for 230 yards and three touchdowns while adding 54 yards on the ground. The Giants’ offense was able to stay on the field throughout the night, putting together four drives of at least 10 plays and repeatedly limiting Dallas’ opportunities with long possessions.
The Rams return home with a much different feeling after an ugly start to their season in Australia. Los Angeles managed only seven points in a 27-7 loss to San Francisco, with Matthew Stafford throwing for 155 yards without a touchdown.
Now the Rams head back to SoFi Stadium in need of a response. Sean McVay’s team doesn’t want one bad night in Australia to balloon into an 0-2 start, especially after entering this season as the favorite to win the Super Bowl.
Los Angeles will also get some reinforcements on defense, with Aaron Donald expected to make his season debut after two years away from the game. On offense, Puka Nacua is questionable with a hip injury, giving the Rams another key situation to monitor ahead of kickoff.

Laying nearly a touchdown with Los Angeles isn’t an easy sell after what we saw in Week 1, especially with the Rams already missing some key pieces. Still, this is a team that entered the season with Super Bowl expectations and now returns home trying to avoid a deadly 0-2 start.
As long as the number stays below seven, we’ll trust McVay to get the Rams back on track at SoFi Stadium.
