Fresh off reclaiming the Premier League crown for the first time in over two decades, Arsenal have opened as betting favorites to do it all again next season.
Our new EPL odds for the 2026/27 campaign are now live, and it’s the newly crowned champions sitting at the top of the board at +150. Mikel Arteta’s side spent years knocking on the door with three consecutive runner-up finishes before finally breaking through, and the market clearly believes this could be more than a one-year outlier.

Arsenal Favored to Repeat After Breakthrough Season
This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Arsenal’s core remains young, battle-tested, and still improving after a title-winning season that finally saw them deliver on years of expectation.
Arsenal hoisted the trophy in 2026 despite never quite hitting their stride during the injury plagued campaign. However, with a little more injury fortune and without 22 years of expectations on their shoulders, there’s every possibility the Gunners are better next year.
They’re the favorites for 26/27 at +150 to repeat.
Manchester City Still Respected Despite Pep Departure
Manchester City open as the second favorites at +250 – even with the looming departure of Pep Guardiola hanging over the club.
Guardiola’s exit marks the end of one of the most dominant managerial eras English football has ever seen, but the market still gives City enormous respect based on their talent level.
There’s no question uncertainty around the post-Pep era played a role in Arsenal moving ahead in the futures market, but City remain firmly in the title conversation heading into 2026/27.
Liverpool Open at +500
Liverpool sit third on the board at +500, which suggests the sportsbook isn’t entirely convinced a full return to title-winning form is imminent just yet.
The Reds were the betting favorite entering the 25/26 season and produced one of the worst post-title seasons of any Premier League Champion. However, Liverpool still possess one of the league’s strongest squads and remain capable of competing near the top of the table.
That number could change quickly depending on offseason moves, but for now, the market is taking a more cautious approach.
Manchester United and Chelsea Enter New Eras
Manchester United (+700) and Chelsea (+1000) are two of the more fascinating teams on the board heading into next season. Both clubs enter the campaign with new managers and plenty of unanswered questions.
United continue searching for the consistency needed to truly compete for a title again under Michael Carrick, while Chelsea are still attempting to turn massive investment into sustained success on the pitch. They’ve hired one of the best young managers in the game in Xabi Alonso, and there will be plenty of optimism around Stamford Bridge when the season kicks off in August.
Tottenham and West Ham Not Yet Included
One notable absence from the current futures board is Tottenham and West Ham who are involved in one of the more dramatic relegation battles we’ve seen in years. Spurs, who are considered a “Big Six” club, have a genuine chance at going down. They are currently +450 to be relegated, while West Ham sit at -700 favorites to face the drop.
Until we know which team survives, we won’t have a price for them.
There’s also still uncertainty surrounding the Championship playoff, which will determine the final club joining the Premier League field for the 2026/27 season.
